an RMA Number from golfbagwarehouse.com will not be accepted.
Hassle-Free Return Policy
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by golfbagwarehouse.com for 5 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund. This
policy excludes all special ordered, customized, sale and close-out items, which may be sold as is.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the returned merchandise and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Golfbagwarehouse.com will coordinate and pay the return shipping charges, but will deduct the cost of shipping and a restocking fee of 15% per item. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or golfbagwarehouse.com shipping error, the initial shipping will be credited and the restocking fee will not be charged. Your card will be credited when golfbagwarehouse.com has received and processed your returned item. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Golfbagwarehouse.com cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Warranty Claims
Golfbagwarehouse.com provides quality products from reputable manufacturers. All products, unless otherwise specified, include a manufacturer warranty against damage and defect. Some products, due to sales or close-outs, may be sold as is. Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product manufacturer. Information regarding your warranty is

Damaged in Shipping
Please inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery and note any damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package appears damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our customer service at (702) 837-8683. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and contact us for an RMA Number.
Returns Process
1. Call
golfbagwarehouse.com or email custserv@golfbagwarehouse.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) Number. 2. Pack the items to return in the original
shipping carton(s) and with the original hang tags attached. 3. Write the
RMA Number clearly on the outside of the box, along with your name and
return address. If we receive a box without the RMA number posted on the
outside of the box, we will have to refuse the delivery. 4. Ship the
returns to the address as instructed when RMA number is issued to you.
Items drop shipped from original manufacturers may have to be sent to the
manufacturer. 5. Upon receiving the returned items, your refund will be
credited to your account.
